We are a family business with a current total staff list of 26 skilled Tradesmen, Apprentices & Laborers all Australian Certified or Australian Construction inducted.
Manpower can always be increased depending on size of the project. We have been very active in the structural & material handling projects in the local and interstate area for many years and are constantly improving our procedures.
Some of our long standing clients are Bombardier Transport Australia, Sibelco, A.J. Bush & Sons, Beaumont Transport, Qube, Superior Fertilizers, Joe White Malting’s, New Hope Coal, Islex Australia, Dawson Technical Services, SEQ Water, Queensland Bulk Handling and Ipswich City Council just to name a few.
We have the capabilities to work in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum and always welcome any challenging or specialty projects that may come our way.
Our company can boast over 40 years’ experience in the steel fabrication, machining industry and material handling fields, specializing in all maintenance, turning, manufacture and installation work all throughout Queensland and Regional NSW.
Workshop Capability
- Four adjacent workshops with a total floor area of 1710 square meters Full operational Machine Shop
- Lathe Machines ranging from 200x1000mm to 500x3000mm swing, Internal Slotter with 150mm stroke
- Mill Machine ranging from 1000x400mm long – 1500x700mm long
- Guillotine capacity of 3.1metres x 6mm plate & 4 meters x 13mm plate
- Plate rollers with a capacity of 2.5 meters x 6mm plate
- 300 tonne brake press & 100 tonne brake press
- Punch/cropper able to crop 300 x 20 flat and punch holes 26mm dia thru 22mm plate
- CNC Plasma which can cut 25mm thick x 3m long x 1.5m wide. Mild Steels, Stainless Steel & Aluminum Band saws
- Pedestal Drills Drills
- Three(3) x Fork Lifts with Extension Slippers & Jibs if required
- Mig and Tig welding machines
- Site Vehicles (fully tooled)
Experienced Australian Ticketed Staff; experience in boiler making, Pipe/ Pressure Welders, Maintenance Fitters, Turners, confined space, working at heights, elevated work platforms.
